The person behind Hive-Rise
Hey, I'm Anne.
Websites and local SEO for West Valley small businesses. Built by hand.
I'm based in Surprise, Arizona, building websites for the people I actually run into around town: home care agencies, contractors, realtors, estheticians, coaches, anyone tired of templates that don't quite fit.
Before this, I spent close to 30 years in corporate IT, building systems and automating workflows for giant companies. I was good at it. But I was helping corporations save time while giving away most of mine.
"I didn't want to look back and realize I'd spent my whole career making someone else's dream more efficient."
So I made a change. Same skills, smaller scale, and a lot more satisfying. Now the work I do shows up in my own community: a hearing practice people can book online, a home care agency with a site that finally sounds like them, a business owner who gets her evenings back.
What working with me looks like
One person, start to finish
You deal with me
The person who designs your site is the same one who builds it, launches it, and answers when you call.
You see everything
You get a private review page where the work takes shape in front of you. React, vote, leave notes. No surprises at the end.
I stick around
Launch is the beginning. I host it, update it, and keep it growing as your business does.
Why work with a neighbor?
I price like a neighbor, too.
I'm not a faceless agency. We can start with the one thing that's eating up your time and spread out the cost, so you see improvement right away without a big upfront hit.
We start small. As your business grows, I grow the site with it.

Let's go over your site together.
I look at your website and your Google listing, then we sit down and go through it. In person around the West Valley or on Zoom, your pick.
