Sites I have built, and the problems they solve

Every one of these is a live site you can visit right now. Each project starts with the same question: "How do we make this easier to run?" From simple websites to full-stack systems to complex applications, every one hand-built.

Salon Plus Studios running Studio Soulutions: find who you are here to see, and their suite lights up on the map

Complex Application

Studio Soulutions

Every studio under one roof, discoverable

The problem

Salon-suite buildings are full of talented artists, but walk-in visitors only ever find the ones with a sign near the door. Everyone else stays invisible to the foot traffic standing right in their lobby.

What Hive-Rise built

A lobby kiosk and mobile companion built for salon-suite buildings, fully customizable and white-labeled to the building. Visitors browse every artist by service, see their work, and connect on the spot, so every suite gets discovered, not just the ones up front.

The relief

Visitors find their person without wandering the halls, building owners offer their renters something no one else does, and every artist gets the same shot at being found.

This is Hive-Rise building a product around a physical space: the building itself becomes the directory.

3Deep Coaching homepage: GO Deep. Take the LEAP.

Full-Stack SystemCompanion App Coming Soon

3Deep Coaching

Go deep. Take the leap. A grounded home for leadership coaching

The problem

A coaching practice built on depth and trust had no online home that showed the method behind the work. Prospective clients couldn't feel what 3Deep was actually like before reaching out.

What Hive-Rise built

A custom brand site built around the Head, Heart, and Body methodology, with services, testimonials, FAQ, and booking wired straight in and backed by a live database. Designed to feel the way the coaching feels: grounded, not fluffy.

The relief

Clients arrive already understanding the method and book directly, no back-and-forth required.

And it's still growing: a companion app, built by Hive-Rise, is coming soon.

Lumen Rituals homepage: the studio sanctuary and treatment menu

Simple Website

Lumen Rituals

Glow inward. Shine outward. A luxury esthetics sanctuary in Phoenix

The problem

Over twenty years of expertise in facials, dermaplaning, sugaring, and healing arts deserved more than a booking link on social media. The online presence didn't match the calm, luxurious experience clients get in the studio.

What Hive-Rise built

A brand site that feels like the sanctuary itself: the full treatment menu explained beautifully, the story behind the practice, and a clear path to book. Soft, warm, and unhurried, because that's the experience being sold.

The relief

New clients understand the experience before they ever walk in, and the site makes the introduction so the studio can stay focused on the work.

When the business is an experience, the website's job is to feel like it.

Pinnacle Southwest Compliance homepage: Expert Compliance. Plain Language.

Simple Website

Pinnacle Southwest Compliance

Expert compliance, in plain English. A trust-first site for an OSHA, EPA, and DOT consultant

The problem

Compliance is intimidating and jargon-heavy, and most consultants' sites only make it worse. Annie is a veteran, first responder, and published author who helps Arizona businesses get OSHA, EPA, and DOT right, but her expertise deserved a home that built trust instead of burying visitors in acronyms.

What Hive-Rise built

A clean, fast, professional brand site that explains her services in plain English, tells her story, and makes booking a free consultation effortless. Built mobile-first and tuned for speed, security, and search, the quiet foundations that tell a visitor this is someone who takes the details seriously.

The relief

Prospects arrive already understanding what she does and trusting who she is, so the first phone call starts warm instead of cold.

When the product is trust, the site's job is to earn it before the first call. And Hive-Rise keeps it sharp every quarter with Always On.

Sonoran Sun Home Inspection homepage: serving the entire Phoenix Valley

Full-Stack System

Sonoran Sun

One owner. Two businesses. One powerful backend.

The problem

One owner running two distinct service businesses: appliance repair and home inspections. Juggling separate calendars, manual invoicing, chasing payments, and sending reminders by hand. No central place for customers to book, pay, or check status.

What Hive-Rise built

Two separate customer-facing websites with distinct branding, connected to one backend that does it all: online scheduling, automatic appointment reminders, invoice generation, payment processing, and a customer portal where clients can view their history, see upcoming appointments, and pay outstanding balances.

The relief

Customers book online, get automatic reminders, and pay through a simple portal. The owner sees both businesses in one dashboard: scheduling, invoicing, payments, and client communication handled without switching tools or double-entering anything.

This is classic Hive-Rise: one system that schedules, invoices, reminds, and collects, so the owner can focus on the actual work.

The My Nail Connection app: browse real nail work by shape, type and style, then book the tech

Complex ApplicationSite + App

My Nail Connection

A national community connecting nail clients with their next favorite tech

The problem

Nail techs and the clients who love them were scattered across Instagram DMs, screenshots, and word of mouth. Techs had no real way to grow their book of business. Clients had no reliable way to find a tech they could trust when they moved, traveled, or wanted to try someone new.

What Hive-Rise built

A full product: native iOS app, native Android app, and a marketing site at mynailconnection.com. Clients get a place to find their tech, and techs get a place to be found, build a portfolio, and grow a real client base. Now in version 2.0 ("In Full Bloom") with rebuilt onboarding, real support, and a community designed to grow with its members.

The relief

Clients get a calm, beautiful place to find a tech who matches their style. Techs get a professional presence, real discovery, and a community that has their back instead of fighting the algorithm every day.

This is the proof that Hive-Rise can ship a real, multi-platform product end to end: App Store, Google Play, and the web.

SanLu Luxury Rentals homepage: where every detail is thoughtfully elevated

Simple Website

SanLu Luxury Rentals

Luxury restroom trailers, a vintage photobooth, and a mobile beer tap for Phoenix events

The problem

SanLu brings commercial-grade luxury to weddings and upscale events across the Phoenix metro, but "portable restroom" carries a stigma that only the photos can erase. The business needed a site that proves the luxury before the first phone call.

What Hive-Rise built

A clean, photo-forward site that shows exactly what arrives on event day: the trailers, the photobooth, the tap. Clear offerings and a simple inquiry path, built mobile-first because that's where couples and coordinators are planning.

The relief

Event planners see the quality up front, so inquiries come in already sold on the idea instead of needing to be talked into it.

Sometimes the whole job is showing the thing properly.

PowerFold Theory homepage: stop playing with emotions, start playing with power

Complex Application

PowerFold Theory

Stop playing with emotions. Start playing with power. A poker training app built from scratch

The problem

Poker training tools were either static, boring, or built for beginners. The goal wasn't "learn the rules," it was training real decision-making under pressure, the thing that separates good players from dangerous ones.

What Hive-Rise built

A full-scale interactive training app built from the ground up. Players work through hand scenarios, get feedback on their decisions, and build genuine intuition instead of memorizing charts. Branded, scenario-driven, and designed to grow with the player.

The relief

A self-directed training system that feels like practice, not homework, with the logic and structure to keep players coming back and leveling up.

This is Hive-Rise architecting a complex system from nothing but an idea, not just a website.

High Desert Development homepage: general contractor for the Antelope Valley

Simple Website

High Desert Development

Thirty years of concrete and framing, finally online

The problem

A general contractor with more than thirty years in the trade, running concrete, framing, dirt work and septic in house across the Antelope Valley, had a site that was never finished. Stock template text about luxury living, no phone number published anywhere, and nothing that told a visitor what he actually builds.

What Hive-Rise built

A site built around the work he really does and the cities he really serves, with the trades he runs in house spelled out, the veterans discount up front, and a phone number that dials from any page.

The relief

Anyone searching for a foundation, a framer or an ADU in the Antelope Valley now finds a contractor who looks like the thirty years he has behind him.

The old site was not too small. It was never finished, and unfinished reads as unreliable to someone about to spend money on a build.

Pelland Realtors homepage: The Spouses That Sell Houses

Full-Stack System

Pelland Realtors

The Spouses That Sell Houses. Two realtors, one honest answer

The problem

Ray and Rhonda had a joke tagline that everyone who met them remembered, a five star rating from seventy-six reviews, and a website showing none of it. The listings were returning errors, and a small business expo was days away.

What Hive-Rise built

A rebuilt site that leads with their names, their faces and their rating, with a working property search across Phoenix Metro, Tucson and Northern Arizona, and the tagline finally somewhere people can read it.

The relief

They walked into the expo with a site they could hand to someone, and a search that actually returns houses.

The best line in their business was one they only ever said out loud. Putting it on the homepage cost nothing.

SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley homepage: compassionate care at home

Simple Website

SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley

Compassionate care at home, across Phoenix and the West Valley

The problem

Families looking for in-home care are usually looking on a hard day, often for a parent, and usually in a hurry. They need to know the service area, whether insurance is accepted and whether anyone will pick up, before they are willing to call.

What Hive-Rise built

A calm, plainly written site that answers those questions in the first screen: where they serve, what care at home actually covers, and a number answered twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. A ZIP code check tells a family in one step whether they are covered.

The relief

Families get their answer without making a phone call they are not ready for, and the calls that do come are from people already inside the service area.

No contracts, insurance accepted and available every day of the year were all already true. They just were not on the page where a worried family would find them.

CarePoint Hearing homepage: better hearing, brought right to your door

Simple Website

CarePoint Hearing

Better hearing, brought right to your door

The problem

Hearing care usually means a waiting room, a rushed appointment and a hard sell. For someone who struggles to get out, or who has been talked into hearing aids before, that is reason enough to keep putting it off.

What Hive-Rise built

A site built around the thing that makes this practice different: they come to you, at home or at your own kitchen table, with everything needed for a complete visit. Call, text and book online sit side by side, because not everyone wants to use the phone.

The relief

People who had been putting it off for years can book a visit without leaving the house, and nobody sits in a waiting room to find out what it costs.

Twenty years in the West Valley, and no pressure ever, are the two things that settle this decision. Both are on screen before you scroll.

Tumbleweed Club homepage: a safe place to belong, connect and thrive

Simple Website

Tumbleweed Club

A safe place to belong, connect and thrive

The problem

A nonprofit day program for adults living with memory loss serves two people at once: the person attending and the family carer who has not had a break in months. Neither of them is in any state to decode a complicated website.

What Hive-Rise built

A warm, unhurried site that says who the program is for, what a day there actually looks like, when it runs and what it costs, with the free visit and the first two sessions offered plainly instead of buried.

The relief

Families can picture a real day before committing to one, and carers are told, in as many words, that the break is meant for them too.

For a program like this the hardest step is the first visit. Making that free, and saying so on the first screen, removes the only thing in the way.

The CPR Doc homepage: learn to save a life, in your language

Full-Stack SystemWork In Progress

The CPR Doc

Bilingual CPR, BLS, and First Aid training, in English and Spanish on every page

The problem

Two instructors teaching lifesaving skills to their community in both English and Spanish, in an industry where Spanish speakers are usually an afterthought online.

What Hive-Rise built

A fully bilingual training site backed by a live database, with every page available in English and Spanish: class offerings, certification details, and sign-ups. In active development right now.

The relief

Every student gets the same welcome in the language they think in, and the instructors get a site that works as hard as they do.

This one is on the bench right now. Check back soon, or peek at the work in progress below.

The through-line

These aren't random projects.

They all answer the same question: "How do we make this easier to run?" Sometimes that's a simple website that builds trust. Sometimes it's two businesses quietly sharing one brain. Sometimes it's a full-scale application from scratch.
