Built by humans, not templates
What it costs, in plain numbers
Not sure what you need? Start with a free site audit. I look at your site and we go through it together.
Step 1
Pick how your site gets built
Starter Site
A real website, hand-built
from $1,500 one-time
Five pages, built from scratch, that look like your business and not like a template. Everything on it works. This is the site, built well.
- Up to 5 custom-designed pages, fast on a phone
- Tap-to-call and a contact form that lands in your inbox
- Sends from your own domain, not a generic address
- Readable by Google, ChatGPT and the other AI assistants
- Link previews that look right in texts and on Facebook
- Domain and hosting setup help
- Two rounds of revisions, 2 to 3 week delivery
Business Site
Built to get you found
from $2,500 one-time
Everything in Starter Site, and then the second half of the job: wiring the site into the places people actually find you. Most of this is invisible. It is also what decides whether a website produces calls or just looks finished.
- Up to 10 custom-designed pages
- Email authentication on your domain, so your mail lands
- Google Business Profile completed and set to the right category
- Phone and address matched across every listing, chamber to BBB
- Search Console, Bing Places and Apple Maps set up
- Analytics counting calls, forms and bookings
- Map ranking baseline before launch, re-checked at 60 and 90 days
- Online booking or estimate forms
- Three rounds of revisions, 3 to 4 week delivery
Industry Pro
Made for restaurants, weddings, and service pros
from $5,500 one-time
Everything in Business Site, plus the features your industry runs on: digital menus, RSVP systems, booking engines, customer portals. Built into the site, not bolted on.
- Digital menus with QR codes (restaurants)
- RSVP and guest galleries (weddings)
- Online booking and admin panel (services)
- Customer portal or admin login
- Advanced local SEO and competitor research
- Review collection workflow
- Email capture and newsletter setup
- Unlimited revisions during build, 4 to 6 week delivery
Step 2
Keep it running
A site works best when someone is looking after it. Pick the care that fits. Prefer to host it yourself? The build is yours, that is always your call.
Always On
Keeps your site running
Quoted per site
Your site does not stop the day it launches. Always On keeps it live, secure, and current, and keeps me a phone call away. It is the difference between a website you own and one you have to babysit.
- Always up: fast hosting, SSL, and uptime monitoring
- Always current: software updates, security patches, and weekly backups
- Always handled: send a note and I make the edit, you never touch the code
- Always reachable: priority support from the person who built it, not a ticket queue
- A quarterly re-check of everything wired in at launch: your email, your Google profile, your listings, your analytics, and a fresh scan of the map
Always On + SEO
Keeps it running and gets you found
Priced by complexity
You do good work. This makes sure the people searching for it actually see you, and that what they find makes you the easy choice. Tell me what you want handled, and the quote follows the work, not a package.
Everything in Always On, plus:
- Your Google listing kept accurate and complete, month after month
- Fresh posts on your Google Business Profile
- Review requests sent automatically after a job wraps
- A periodic report with your call count, straight from Google's own numbers
- What the AI assistants say about you, tracked in the same report
- Review responses handled in your voice
- A quarterly strategy call
- A written page every month, targeting a search nobody local is answering
- A second location or service line covered
On a site I did not build, I quote the SEO work on its own.
Ask about Always On + SEOCurious how the map work ends? Read about local SEO for West Valley businesses. Need an app or a custom platform? See custom apps on the Services page, quoted to fit.
Package prices are for the standard build. Anything unusual gets quoted before work starts, never added to an invoice afterward.
The questions everyone asks
Plain answers. See all of them.
What is the difference between Starter Site and Business Site?
Starter Site is built well: the pages, the design, a working phone number and form. Business Site is built well and wired in: email that lands, a finished Google profile, matching details everywhere, analytics that count calls, and a map ranking baseline before launch. If you want the site to bring in work, not just exist, Business Site is the one.
What is the difference between Always On and Always On + SEO?
Always On keeps your site healthy: hosting, security, updates, edits, and the wiring re-checked every quarter. Always On + SEO adds the work that moves the map. What that covers depends on what we agree on, from Google posts and listing upkeep to review requests, and I prove it with a call count. One keeps, the other grows. Always On + SEO includes everything in Always On, so it is one invoice, not two.
Do I have to keep Always On?
No. Every site I build is yours, and you are free to take the files and host them anywhere. Most owners keep Always On because they would rather not deal with hosting, backups, and security themselves, but it is your call, never a requirement.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with a Starter Site, then move up to Business Site or Industry Pro features as you grow. You only pay the difference.
Do you do payment plans?
For builds, I split the cost: half to start, half at launch. For larger builds (Industry Pro and apps), I can do monthly installments. Just ask.
What if I already have a site?
Revamps are priced case by case because no two existing sites are alike. Sometimes a refresh is mostly cosmetic. Sometimes the structure is so broken it costs less to start over. Send me the address and I will take a look, and you will get an honest quote for whatever actually needs to happen.
Not sure where to start?
Tell me what your business does and what is not working. I will point you at the package that actually fits, even if it is the smallest one.
